Which countries do you ship to?
SecurGlass is strictly ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliant. We have clients worldwide but only ship to US State Department approved countries. No exceptions. All potential clients are carefully screened for affiliations and country of origin to remain compliant.
What are expected lead times?
SecurGlass does have the fastest lead times in the industry. All lead times are based off the day of the receipt of all final, signed, dated drawings and confirmation of required deposits.

Most Glass and Glazing Products run 2 to 4 weeks.
Most Frames, Doors and Windows run 4 to 6 weeks.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the unique nature of each design, SecurGlass manufactures and fabricates your products exactly to your submitted and approved specifications. All orders are Non-Refundable and Non-Cancelable.

What’s the minimum order amount?
There is a mandatory 3ft2 minimum order per Glass and Glazing Products. Please inquire directly about specialty design products.
